Located at Mid-America Union headquarters in Lincoln, Nebraska, the Center offers a growing library of archives and recommended reading on church growth, ministry and leadership, as well as physical space for training and individual or small group study.

The Center integrates ministries such as ministerial and revitalization, youth ministries, church ministries, church planting, communication, education, religious liberty, women's ministries, men's ministries, disability ministries, community services, Hispanic ministries, ASI, stewardship, planned giving and trust services. Some available services include consultation, concepting, training, a speakers bureau, a library of leadership and ministry materials, assessment and coaching.
